Annotate a photo with labels and measurements

Mark up a site photo on the phone: key real measurements onto it, draw on it, add text labels and company stickers, all saved against the record.

Integrio support team · Updated 6 October 2026

Tap any photo in a space, product or form to open it full screen. Along the bottom are Measure, Edit, Duplicate and Audio Note, so the defect is measured, marked up and explained while you are still standing in front of it.
  1. 01

    Open the photo

In the app, tap a photo on a space, a product or a form question. It opens full screen with the photo tools along the bottom: Measure and Edit on every photo, plus Duplicate and Audio Note on space and product photos.

  2. 02

    Add a measurement

Tap Measure. Long press on the photo to place the first point, then long press again to place the second, and a line is drawn between them. Type the real figure into the box on the line. Tap the unit to switch between cm, mm and inches.

  3. 03

    Adjust and save the measurement

Tap a line to move or delete it, and add as many lines as you need: a door height, a clearance gap, a wall run. Tap Done and the measured photo is saved in place of the original.

  4. 04

    Draw, label and add stickers

Tap Edit to open the photo editor. Draw freehand to circle the problem, add a text label in plain words, place one of your company stickers, or crop the photo to the part that matters. Save to keep the edited photo.

  5. 05

    Keep a clean copy first

Marking up replaces the photo. On a space or product photo, tap Duplicate before you start if you also want an untouched copy to sit beside the marked-up one.

Good to know

  • ✓Measurements are keyed values, not scaled from the photo. Measure the real feature on site and type the figure in.
  • ✓For detail that is quicker said than written, use Audio Note. See Record a voice note on a photo.
  • ✓Marked-up photos sync like any other photo and appear in project reports exactly as annotated.
