Can I add more than one data point to a product?+
Yes, as many as you need. You can assign default data points globally across all products based on your sector, and add specific data points at a local project level.

Can I scan a product's QR code without using the app?+
Yes. Scanning the QR code without the app displays the product data and, if enabled, lets you raise a helpdesk ticket for the product directly from your phone's browser.
How are QR codes generated and assigned to products?+
QR codes are generated and assigned automatically to every product when it is added to your library. Each code is unique and links to that product's information, history and data points.
Can I export product data and reports?+
Yes, with one click. Export options include inventory reports, product history, delivery schedules and custom reports filtered by customer, site or product type.
How does Integrio integrate with my existing systems?+
