Installation management software runs the product side of an installation project: scheduling deliveries, tracking every product and its serial number, recording test and commissioning results, and handing over with the evidence attached. Job management tools schedule and invoice a job. Integrio manages the products inside the job: delivery schedules, a record per product with its serial and data points, test and commissioning forms, snags, sign-off, the handover pack and aftercare tickets. Quoting and invoicing stay in your accounts or ERP system, which Integrio can integrate with.
Can I track serial numbers and test results for every product?
Yes. Each product gets a QR code and its own record, with default and custom data points such as serial number, rating and configuration. Testing forms attach to the product, so its results, photos and sign-off stay with it from delivery to aftercare.
Does Integrio work without an internet connection?
Yes. The iOS and Android apps, including on tablets, work offline on site and sync when a connection returns. The web dashboard is for the office.
Is Integrio suitable for solar PV, battery and EV charger installers?
Yes. It tracks panels, inverters, batteries and chargers from delivery to handover, with commissioning forms, grid-connection steps as workflow tasks and O&M tickets. It does not design PV systems, submit G98 or G99 applications, issue MCS certificates or act as a charge point back office.
Can customers report faults after handover?
Yes. Customers can raise a support request by scanning the QR code on the installed product, and the ticket is logged against that product, with its history, service agreement and SLA.
