Plan deliveries from the install programme, backwards
Start from the day each area is installed and work back. Kit that arrives weeks early needs storing and guarding; kit that arrives late stands a crew down.

A delivery schedule should list, for each delivery: the supplier and purchase order, the items and quantities, the number of pallets and heaviest item, the date and time slot, how the vehicle gets in and is unloaded, who meets it, where the goods are stored, and who received and checked them, with any shortages or damage.
Last updated .
Who uses it
Project managers and coordinators planning deliveries for an installation project, and whoever receives the goods on site or at the warehouse.
When
When orders are placed, again when each slot is confirmed with the supplier and site, and on the day each delivery arrives.
In Integrio
Build it once in the Form Builder (Office User), attach it to projects, and your team fills it in on iOS or Android, offline if needed.

From the field
Start from the day each area is installed and work back. Kit that arrives weeks early needs storing and guarding; kit that arrives late stands a crew down.
Pallet count, vehicle size and whether it has a tail-lift decide whether you need a forklift or a crane. Find out when you book, not when the lorry is at the gate.
“Site will take it” is how pallets end up left at the wrong gate. Put one name and one phone number against every delivery.
Mark every delivery complete, short or damaged as it lands. A schedule that's only updated weekly can't tell you what's missing before the crew arrives.
Yes. Copy the fields into a spreadsheet, print them, or set them up in Integrio, where each delivery sits on the project alongside the products it contains.
The schedule is the plan across the whole project: which deliveries are coming, when, and how they'll be unloaded and stored. The equipment delivery checklist is the goods-in check for one delivery, line by line against the order.
Delivery schedules in Integrio track incoming and outgoing items for each project and flag incomplete orders. Items are checked in by scanning their QR code, and with ERP integration a delivery schedule can be created from a purchase order.
Delivery schedules and the Form Builder are on the Office User plan (£65 per user per month). Whoever receives the goods completes the receipt and scans QR codes in the mobile app on the Field Service User plan (£15 per user per month), offline if needed.
