Understand the web dashboard

Use the Integrio dashboard to see what needs you today, where every job sits in the pipeline, today's bookings and the service desk queue.

Integrio support team · Updated 6 October 2026

The dashboard gives office and project teams a live starting point. It brings project progress, upcoming work and the records needing attention into one clear view.
  1. 01

    Open the dashboard

Sign in at portal.integrio.app. Every sign-in lands on the Dashboard, which greets you and shows where your jobs stand today.

  2. 02

    Review the project totals

The summary figures show Needs action, Value in sign-off, Cycle time and Unassigned work. Needs you today lists the jobs waiting on you.

  3. 03

    Check the job pipeline

Pipeline shows how many projects sit in each stage, and Time in stage shows where jobs are slowing down. Select a stage to open the matching projects.

  4. 04

    Continue recent work

If you have the service desk, its panel shows how many tickets are New, In progress and Closed. This week looks ahead at the coming days.

  5. 05

    Review today’s schedule

Today lists today's bookings. Use Bookings in the main navigation when you need the full calendar or the Team view.

  6. 06

    Use the main navigation

Under Work: Dashboard, Projects, Workflows, Customers, Bookings and Service Desk. Under Library: Forms, Products, Deliveries and Helpdesk, shared across every project. Under Help, Support has these guides and your support tickets, and Insights holds Reports. The gear at the bottom opens Settings. What you see depends on your role.

Good to know

  • ✓Use the global search to find projects, customers, forms and users without leaving the dashboard.
  • ✓Keep projects in the right stage so the dashboard and pipeline remain useful to the whole team.
  • ✓A red number next to Support means the support team has replied to one of your tickets.
